Providing bespoke care nationwide for clients with spinal injuries and neurological conditions
Thoughts of 2016
It has been another busy and eventful year for TCC. We continue to grow and develop, and enter 2017 excited that our services will reach an increasing number of people. This obviously brings challenges as we have always considered ourselves to be a “family” based organisation, but we are confident that we have the personnel and structures to deliver our ethos and quality care.
Thank you to our clients for your continued support over the past 12 months, we hope we can always support you to meet your personal goals and aspirations. As ever we are extremely grateful to our support staff for their commitment , hard work and loyalty. As much as it is a cliché we could not do it without you.
This year has been a very special year and a time for reflection as we reached the milestone of our 10th year anniversary. This obviously coincided with our CQC inspection where we were awarded an outstanding rating in the person centred care domain. We are justifiably proud of this but do not intend to rest on our laurels and will continue to strive to improve in all areas. We have had excellent feedback regarding our new website and logo, and our thanks again to all who assisted in this process.
We are proud of and grateful for the work that the management, training and administration teams do on behalf of TCC. We continue to expand these tiers, and have recently made two important appointments; a Care Manager and a Clinical Coordinator. This will enhance our management team and ensure that we can effectively respond to both clients and staff.
We would like to take this opportunity to wish you and your families a very Happy Christmas and a Prosperous New Year.
Chris and Reg
