Total Community Care is different from other care providers. We only provide bespoke care packages for clients with long term neurological conditions, including those who are fully ventilated, as well as those with a spinal cord injury. We are a truly specialist service with expertise in these areas.

Your care solution will take into account your home situation to ensure that your team is sufficiently flexible to meet all your needs and contingencies. We recognize the importance of care supporting you living your life in the way you require. Your team will accompany you and continue to provide the support you need for hospital visits, trips to the shops or going on holiday.

Giving you full control of your care

Our approach is to give you control of your care by placing you at the centre of the process. Perhaps the most important element is getting the right staff on board as they will be working with you in your home.

With our full support and guidance we will assist you in recruiting your own care team. You would be actively involved in interviewing and choosing the staff with us. They would then be contracted to work exclusively with you. This is so important in ensuring that you get continuity of care from workers who are genuinely familiar with you and your care needs.

Providing your specific care needs

Our Clinical and Nursing Team, in conjunction with you and other health professionals, will train your chosen team to meet your specific care needs. We pride ourselves on the quality of training and support provided to employees. This is highlighted in CQC reports:

‘Staff were caring, person-centred and inclusive.’

‘People were supported to have maximum choice and control of their lives.’

‘Staff supported them in the least restrictive way possible and in their best interest.’

‘Staff had access to the support, supervision and training they required to work effectively in their rolls.’

Employee training is ongoing and person centered with a focus on your clinical needs and in providing care and support in a sensitive fashion within your own home.

TCC support clients throughout the UK with complex care conditions including individuals who are fully ventilated. As a specialist and experienced care agency we are fully confident that we can meet all your care needs whilst supporting your lifestyle and independence. TCC has won national awards for its care and can provide testimonials from current clients as pictured below.
