Full and Part Time Carers / Personal Assistants required in the Worthing area

We have an exciting opportunity for a carer to assist and support a fun loving and intelligent woman, who has a neurological condition, at her family home in Worthing.  This role will include providing personal care, medication administration, physiotherapy, hydrotherapy, domestic tasks (including cooking and cleaning), and social support.

About You:

  • You must be flexible in your thoughts, adaptable to any situation, self-motivated, and reliable. A sense of humour and fun-loving outlook on life is a must
  • A manual driving licence is preferred but not essential.
  • Previous experience with medication and personal care would be advantageous; but not essential as full specialist training will be given.

Shift Pattern:

  • 12 hour day shifts and 12 hour waking night shifts
  • Part Time team members are required to work a minimum of 24 hours per week
  • You will be working within a small team providing care and support all year round, including weekends and bank holidays on a rota basis. Flexibility and ability to cover for others in the team is essential to the role.
