The project on reducing frequency of and/or treating UTIs is of particular interest given the impact of UTI’s on our clients. This trial looking at the effectiveness of immunotherapy in preventing UTI’s is very exciting, as the initial results appear to show that this treatment could be effective. I would therefore urge as many of you as possible to participate in this trial to ensure we can evidence if this is an effective treatment

Stoke Mandeville Spinal Research are recruiting participants for our randomised clinical trial researching the effectiveness of an immunotherapy in reducing frequency and/or treating UTIs.
Are you being treated as an inpatient or outpatient at the NSIC or Oxford Centre for Enablement for;
Spinal Cord Injury, MS, Transverse Myelitis or Cauda Equine Damage?
Have you had 3 UTI episodes treated using antibiotics in last 12 months?
